According to a newspaper report Daniel Vick died following a work accident while unloading a boat at the Gloucester docks and an inquest recorded it as accidental. He was a baker so it is unusual that he was doing such work. I don't have his death certificate but I can't find him elsewhere afterwards, the age is correct and he was buried in Elmore, the parish of his grandparents and location of his father's burial.
