Sutton was to go to his other sister Frances and her husband John "Dixals" Ramasy of Wickmere, Norfolk following the death of their mother and to meet the other half of John's debts and legacies. John left Lees Hall and Mackley to his sister Mary and her husband Thomas Jermyn. Several other bequests were made. This will is reported in DT Merry's book. The only indication I have found is a reference to part of the will, with date, referred to in Bradshaw papers listed in Derbyshire Archives. |
