The details of Henry's will are recorded in DT Merry's "A Merry Family Omnibus". While recorded as existing in the Diocese of Lichfield and Coventry, 1600-1790 wills index, it does not appear with the inventory etc on Findmypast which holds those records. Henry left a small amount of money to his 3 sisters, and a horse each of his brother John and his servant, the latter who also received money. House servants received money and the poor of 3 parishes were not forgotten. His wife Margaret and his son Henry received the residue and were executors. "Brother" Palmer and cousin George Harrison were appointed overseers.
